Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are only accepted at the time of delivery.
Customers must inspect the item upon receiving the order.
If the item is incorrect, damaged, or if the customer changes their mind, it must be returned immediately to the courier.
Once the courier leaves, no returns or exchanges will be accepted.
Delivery fees associated with returns or exchanges are borne by the client.
Conditions
Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging.
Returns and exchanges are subject to inspection and approval.
Any price difference will be paid or refunded accordingly.
Once an exchange is approved and the original item is received, the requested replacement piece will be dispatched within 3-7 business days, subject to availability
